Susan Tierney

Susan spent 30 years in Sales/Marketing and Public Relations working with many of the country’s largest media firms before becoming a Real Estate Investor in 2016. Susan’s area of expertise is in helping people through the emotional and financially difficult processes involved in selling their properties. Susan’s primary investment strategy is Owner Financing properties and she currently holds 70+ Owner Financed Mortgages since 2016. She is partners with Scott Horne in their real estate investment company, S2 Equities. Kathy Karagin

Kathy became a full-time real estate investor in 2016. Prior to that, she spent over 30 years in Sales, Marketing and Design in the Dallas area. She has purchased and renovated many homes and has experience in selling, leasing and holding properties. Kathy approaches real estate investing as a ‘people business’. Her strengths are her natural ability to connect with people and her creative problem-solving skills. She is driven to finding the best solutions for her clients’ individual needs. Her responsiveness, communication skills and attention to detail ensure clients a stress-free experience from start to finish. Outside the office, Kathy combines her love of collaborating with people with her creative skills as a personal custom jeweler. Kathy and her husband have enjoyed living lakeside in Highland Village for over 23 years.
